特別プロジェクト｜Special Projects●東日本大震災における聴覚障害学生への支援経験をベースとした大学間コラボレーションスキームの構築（平成24年度から始動）Formation of a new framework for cooperation between universities based on experiences of supporting deaf students after the Great East Japan Earthquake平成19～23年度にかけて実施してきた「筑波聴覚障害学生高等教育テクニカルアシスタントセンター（T-TAC）構築事業」をベースに、平成24年以降一般経費への組み替えが認められ、継続して事業実施しています。全国の大学における聴覚障害学生への支援体制を充実させるために、種々の支援を行うほか、有事に強い大学間連携体制構築をめざして取り組みを進めています。具体的な取り組み内容は以下の通りです。?他大学からの問い合わせに応じた相談・支援?日本聴覚障害学生高等教育支援ネットワーク（PEPNet-Japan）の運営?障害学生支援コーディネータ等を対象とした研修会・シンポジウムの開催? PEPNet-Japan連携大学・機関を中心とした地域ネットワークの構築?遠隔情報保障ネットワーク構築に向けた枠組み形成?聴覚障害学生支援に関わるモデル事例の構築などBased on the effort of the Tsukuba Technical AssistanceCenter, which was launched by a project from 2007 to 2012, thebudget was revised and included into the general expenses. Ithas been been decided that the project will be sustained. Thegoals of this successor project are to develop and maintainsupport services for students with hearing disabilities across thenation and to construct a corroborative network amonguniversities in preparation for future emergencies.The major plans for this project are as follows:(1) Consultation and support by replying to inquiries fromother universities and colleges(2) Management of Postsecondary Education Programs ofJapan for Students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing(PEPNet-Japan)(3) Providing workshops and symposiums to train coordinatorsor other professionals working with students who havehearing disabilities(4) Building local networks centered around the partnerinstitutions of PEPNet-Japan(5) Formation of a scheme for remort interpreting amonguniversities(6) Construction of new models to support students withhearing disabilities30開発教材等Teaching materials developed at NTUT●高度な専門職業人を目指す視覚障害者のための学習資料アクセス円滑化支援事業（平成23年度から始動）Project to Improve the Accessibility of Learning Materials特別プロジェクト障害者高等教育研究支援センターでは、専門的職業人を目指す視覚障害学生が有用な学習資料に円滑にアクセスできるようにするための支援事業を、平成23年度から実施しています。文部科学省の特別経費によるこの事業では、1情報科学や健康科学等の分野の点字図書と録音図書の整備、2触覚・聴覚・低視力のいずれでも利用できるマルチモーダルな学習資料の開発と普及、3専門書の点訳や音訳、マルチモーダル化を促進するための人材育成と環境整備、4視覚障害者の情報アクセススキルの向上を図る方法や技術の開発、等の取り組みを一体的に進め、その成果を学内外に広く提供しています。This project was launched in 2011 by the special budget ofthe Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science andTechnology aimed to improve the access of students with visualimpairment to learning materials useful for obtaining vocationalspecialties. Toward this purpose, the following four activitieswere planned for execution:1. Production of braille books and audio books related toinformation science and health science2. Development of multi-modal accessible materials for learningin higher education3. Development of system and human resources for the productionof accessible learning materials4.
